- WPHOA Parking Permit RESIDENT Form (PDF) (optional version)
- WPHOA Parking Permit VISITOR Form (Unit Owners/Homeowners Only)
- WPHOA Parking Permit VISITOR Form (PDF) (optional version)
- All homeowners/unit owners and residents who have not submitted an online application or the downloadable fillable PDF form to request and receive their WPHOA Resident Parking Permit for their legally registered vehicle(s) are hereby advised to do so as soon as possible.
Submit the completed form, along with the requested documentation, to [email protected]. (NOTE: Online submissions are automatically received. PDF forms and documentation need to be emailed to [email protected].)
- If you regularly or periodically, on occasion, park in the WPHOA Common Areas parking spaces/lots, you need to have a WPHOA Resident Parking Permit displayed in your vehicle; otherwise, your vehicle is subject to being tagged and towed from the WPHOA community/The Property.
- If you have a RESERVED/ASSIGNED parking space in the WPHOA Common Areas parking spaces/lots, you still need to have a WPHOA Resident Parking Permit displayed in your vehicle; otherwise, your vehicle is subject to being tagged and towed from the WPHOA community/The Property.
- If you have already requested parking permit(s), but you were unable to pick up your parking permit(s) between 12:30 and 2:30 p.m. on Friday, March 29th, please email [email protected] to make arrangements to receive your requested parking permit(s).
