Please update your contact information so that you can receive important updates and alerts about snow removal, events, unscheduled closing information, and other important information about the Waterford Place community. For example, we need to know whether you are moving in, moving out, and plan to rent your townhome, have an alternate mailing address, OR just change a phone number or email address. Please complete the following information and submit it to our Community Property Manager today.

For owners who are leasing their townhomes, please read the information below: 

Submitting a copy of an executed Lease Agreement (signed by both parties) is required to comply with the Waterford Place Declaration of Covenants, Conditions, and Restrictions, Article VII - Architectural Control - Use Restrictions, Section 9: 

Any lease agreement between a Lot Owner and a lessee shall provide that the terms of the lease are subject in all respects to the provisions of this Declaration, and the Articles of Incorporation and By-Laws of the Association, and that any failure by the lessee to comply with the terms of such documents shall be a default under the lease. All such leases shall be in writing, and a copy thereof shall be filed with the Association's Board of Directors. Any lease shall be for a term of six (6) months or more.

NOTE: You may redact privacy information (financial, social security number, etc.) included in the lease agreement before submitting a copy of the executed lease agreement with this form.
