RE:  Review and Update of Architectural Control Guidelines for the Waterford Place Homeowners Association, Inc.

Greetings Waterford Place Homeowners and Residents, 

This letter is being sent to all who reside and/or hold an ownership interest in a property located within the Waterford Place community located at Waters Row Terrace in Germantown, Maryland.  It is being done so with the beneficial interests in mind of all who own property within Waterford Place. 

As many of you may be aware, the Waterford Place Homeowners Association, Inc. was founded on February 22, 1991.  With the thirtieth (30^th) anniversary of our community soon approaching, the Board of Directors has decided to begin the process of reviewing and updating the Architectural Control Guidelines for the Waterford Place community. 

The Board of Directors has scheduled two special meetings to review and consider a draft of the proposed changes and updates to the Architectural Control Guidelines.  The virtual meetings will be hosted using Zoom video conferencing services on the following dates and times:

• Tuesday, February 23, 2021: 4-6 PM EST
• Monday, March 22, 2021: 4-6 PM EST

Waterford Place homeowners are invited to contact our property manager, Timothy Mulford, at [email protected] to receive the Zoom login credentials for the scheduled virtual meetings.

A draft version of the proposed changes/updates to the Architectural Control Guidelines will be available for review on the Waterford Place Homeowners Association website.  The file is available for download at the bottom of this web page.

Waterford Place homeowners and residents wishing to provide feedback about the Architectural Control Guidelines' proposed changes may do so by submitting comments using the WPHOA Feedback Loop link located on the Waterford Place HOA website; or by emailing [email protected].  Please submit your feedback during the comment period beginning today through Monday, March 15, 2021.
